1.<\/span><\/td>\nSetiap Orang berhak memperoleh Informasi Publik sesuai\u00a0dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/span><\/td>\nSetiap Orang berhak:<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
 <\/td>\na<\/span><\/td>\nmelihat dan mengetahui Informasi Publik;<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
 <\/td>\nb<\/span><\/td>\nmenghadiri pertemuan publik yang diselenggarakan oleh Pengadilan guna memperoleh Informasi Publik;<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
 <\/td>\nc<\/span><\/td>\nmendapatkan Salinan Informasi Publik melalui permohonan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan; dan\/ atau<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
 <\/td>\nd<\/span><\/td>\nmenyebarluaskan Informasi Publik sesuai denganperaturan perundang-undangan.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.<\/span><\/td>\n\n

Setiap pemohon Informasi Publik berhak mengajukan permohonan Informasi Publik disertai alasan permohonan tersebut.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

4.<\/span><\/td>\nSetiap pemohon Informasi Publik berhak mengajukan sengketa informasi publik sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan apabila dalam memperoleh Informasi Publik mendapat hambatan tau kegagalan.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
